Addio Alexandra - Pierro Picioni (1970)
Wonder full album, hands down no words can describe how this makes me feel. Being a fan of piero Piccioni for many years something about Addio Alexandra was dark and noire like. I found that this style is what I desire to grasp and represent. Menage a trois was the first song I heard off this record and let me tell you my heart was soaring to the skies. The drums and sax in unison with a viollin just hit it home. The little xylaphone taps to add such a nice tone just is amazing. Collete has a chord progression just makes me feel as if I was part of a bright side with the visual aesthetic from the film Phantom of the Paradise. How can I forget about hotel atlants my oh my, I always loved driving around this bookstore next to the celebrity scientology building and just walking around that area. La La Land inspired feeling that I love and adore with all my heart. If you have not listned to this classic I reccomend, its romance at its finest all though it follows a film with a different narative.
